Returns & Exchanges

Nahmias accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items and special collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original packaging materials, ensuring the garment tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
